Frequently Asked Questions
Correct — all WaaS plans have zero upfront cost. Design, development, and launch are covered within your monthly subscription. The only potential exceptions are paid third-party assets you specifically request (e.g. a premium stock photo licence), which we'd always flag in advance.
The subscription covers our design, development, hosting, and management services. If you cancel, you retain ownership of your domain and all your content. We can export and hand over your WordPress installation as a one-time buyout (priced based on your plan tier) — just ask and we'll scope it.
Monthly update hours cover content changes: swapping images, updating text, adding new sections, adjusting layouts, creating new pages, and similar editorial or minor design tasks. They do not cover full redesigns or large new features, which are scoped separately.
All WaaS plans include managed WordPress hosting with SSL certificates, daily or weekly backups, CDN delivery, and uptime monitoring. We use performance-optimised infrastructure built for WordPress, not shared hosting environments. Target uptime is 99.9%.
After your brief is approved, most Starter sites are live within 10–14 business days. Business and Enterprise sites with custom design take 3–5 weeks. We can accommodate faster timelines if needed — discuss this on your onboarding call.
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Your existing design and content carry over, and you benefit from the expanded features and hours immediately from the next billing cycle. Downgrades are possible with 30 days notice.
Additional hours are billed at €75/hour for Starter and Business plans, and €60/hour for Enterprise. We always notify you before going beyond your included hours — no surprise invoices.
Yes. If you have an existing WordPress site, we can migrate your content and assets to our managed infrastructure, redesign as needed, and move you onto a WaaS plan. Migration is typically a one-time setup fee — we'll quote this after reviewing your current site.
