We test all updates in a staging environment before applying them to your live site. In the rare case something slips through, we roll back immediately from our backup — usually within the hour. That's why we maintain backups separately from your hosting provider.
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days notice. We'll hand over all credentials, backups, and documentation — your site is always yours.
Hosting providers typically offer automated updates without testing. This means updates get pushed live without checking if they break your theme, forms, or functionality. Our service tests updates first, monitors for issues, and fixes problems proactively — something automated tools can't do.
Development hours cover content updates, layout changes, new sections, small feature additions, plugin configurations, form creation, and similar tasks. Large projects (full redesigns, new custom functionality) are scoped separately at the hourly rate listed in your plan.
Response time depends on your plan: Basic (48h), Pro (24h), Partner (same business day, priority handling). For Partner clients experiencing critical downtime, we treat it as an emergency and typically respond within 2–4 hours during business days.
Directly, yes — regular updates keep your site fast and secure, which are confirmed Google ranking factors. We also monitor Core Web Vitals and fix technical SEO issues as they arise. However, ranking improvements also require content and backlink work, which our SEO services cover separately.
Extra hours are available at the rate listed in your plan (€75/h for Basic/Pro, €50/h for Partner). We'll always confirm with you before exceeding your included hours. Many clients use 1–2 extra hours occasionally — there's no minimum commitment for additional work.
